​I've got Covid, what do I do?
If you are canceling your sessions, or requesting to reschedule your session due to contact with covid, or have been tested positive, please let us know at least 48 hours before your sessions.
Please do not contact us on the day to let us know you are not coming as our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior the session time.
As we no longer have lateral flow tests, you will not be able to provide us withthe evidence to reschedule in accordance to our company policy.
For further advice, please follow the current government rules with Covid-19.
